Upon termination of force majeure circumstances, the Parties are obliged to immediately begin fulfilling their obligations. In case of force majeure, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be called upon to confirm the existence of these circumstances and their duration. Arbitration clause 10. In case of disputes arising on issues stipulated by the User Agreement or in connection with it, the Parties will take all measures to resolve them through negotiations.
